Rach and I saw her doctor last week Tuesday. The EEG report showed significant seizure activity and her heart is still having arythmic concerns. Today, 4/6, she will be having an MRI done at the 68th street center and seeing the Ped-Neurologist on 4/13. Continued prayers for her safety and that we (along with the doctors) are able to make the right decisions.

Everyday we are blessed to get a note home from Ben's teacher Andy telling us what he did that day. Yesterday his note read, "Shannon (an adult classroom aid) gave Ben $1.25 and asked him to go get her a Dr Pepper out of the machine - and he did!" Rachael and I brought Ben to the doctor early afternoon today. He has a sever sinus infection. We now have him on an antibiotic and musinex. We pray that within a couple of days he will feel back to his normal self. He is still having bad headaches. This morning Ben procedure went as well as it could have. The game plan has changed though.Unfortunatly they discovered that the medicine drip that was on the clot during the night didn't help break it up any further than they did yesterday. Update #3It is morning and Ben and I are doing okay. A little sleep deprived but overall good.They have scheduled his next surgery for 10am. He is - once again- in a no drink, no eat zone. Just an update to our earlier blog.Ben got through surgery well. It went longer than expected and was more involved. The clot was quite a bit bigger than assusmed and it was mostly old blood. That means that the older the harder it is and harder to get broken up. The doctor was able to remove about 50%. It was about 8inches long. Praise God for yesterday. Your prayers were answered for a day and we will take that for now! Yesterday was the first day in over 2 1/2 weeks that I didn't use a cane!! Balance stayed with me all day long!
